Today is a Gift

This small plaque hangs from a fence post at the leading edge of my personal space of Serenity. It was placed there five years ago at a point of decission-making in my life. It remains there as a reminder to me, to let go of the pains and sorrows of the past, to treasure the moments I have today, and to look forward to the Joy of the many wonderous possibilities for tomorrow -- however many of those I may be blessed to receive.
